80th Anniversary Superman Pop announced in Funko’s Specialty Series

Funko Pop has just announced that they will be adding Superman to their specialty series. The series recognises their loyalest of retailers and offers them exclusive Funko Pops in each of their stores.Each month will bring new and exclusive designs which are bound to become a rarity – as most Funko exclusives do!

This months releases include a Hikari XS piece and a Funko Pop. Amongst those is an 80th Anniversary Superman Pop! Of course it had to be! With Superman celebrating his 80th year in comics and entertaining fans, it seems the most obvious choice! Throughout the year Superman fans have been celebrating this with numerous exclusives and pieces, but the celebrations haven’t stopped yet! Yup, we can never get enough Superman pops, and as an avid Superman fan and pop collector this is a great idea! Here is your first look at the upcoming piece!

You can expect to find this specialty series exclusive in boutique and specialty shops, comic book shops and qualified online retailers. Unfortunately that is the only specifics that Funko have released at the moment, but as soon as I know more I will share it with you! But I can tell you that they will be released in the Autumn… so we don’t have too long to wait!

I would say you can expect this Superman Specialty Funko Pop to cost between £10-£15 and I would bet that EMP or Forbidden Planet is likely to have one.
