The data is then held in WordPress and the plug-in JetPack and is used only for notifications about when new posts have been released, or to give important updates regarding The Aspiring Kryptonian. No marketing material will ever be sent. The Aspiring Kryptonian will not sell or share your information to any third parties for any marketing purposes. However, we do only send these notifications if you have provided consent for us to do so, by subscribing to the service.
If you would like to remove your data from this subscription list, you can click Unsubscribe, located at the bottom of all emails. Alternatively you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request removal. This will lead to the removal of your data from the database and you will not receive any further emails.
Disclosure of Data:
The Aspiring Kryptonian may disclose your personal data if such action is necessary to:
• Protect and defend the rights or property of The Aspiring Kryptonian.
• Comply with legal obligation.
• Prevent or investigate probable wrongdoing in connection with the service.
