DC Shop Drops New Superman x DC Artist Collaboration Collections

The WB 100 Superman x Artist Collaboration collection sees artists from all corners of the world create unique renditions that take on DC’s biggest heroes. Superman is treated to the trademark styles of Raul Urias and Yuko Shimizu in a brand new diverse duo.
Mexico’s Raul Urias has a unique stained glass style influenced by the aesthetic of geometric shapes and bold hues. His Superman piece has all the poses you would want him in – the classic hands-on-hips pose and flying into action symmetrically juxtaposed with each other. The rising sun and clouds are also a great touch and is perfect for wall art and makes a great t-shirt print!
Yoko Shimizu’s piece is the essential Japanese Superman art. The New York-based artist portrays Clark as a Samurai-like figure with an aura of nova-like flames as he does the classic suit reveal with a kimono. Katanas and traditional geta shoes cement the traditional influence, which again makes a fantastic t-shirt print and wall art.
