Sideshow Release Brandlite Superman LED Wall Light

Sideshow and Brandlite recently announced a new Superman LED wall light using the image of Jim Lee’s Superman #204 cover.

Jim Lee, Scott Williams, and Alex Sinclair’s depiction of Superman heroically standing atop a Metropolis skyscraper with the familiar City of Tomorrow skyline in the background was an instant classic and a perfect selection for this production. 

The poster uses a blend of inkjet and screen printing and is then placed in an acrylic casing to really let the LED’s shine through. The entire piece is then framed by a neon like edging adding to its ambiance and illumination.  

Designed to grab anyone’s attention, the light measures 59.9cm (23.6in) tall and 39.9cm (15.7in) wide.  As big as that sounds it’s still only 1.3cm (0.5in) thick which is a comparable depth to most picture frames. Weighing an impressive 4.1kg (9lbs), the display comes with a mounting kit for proper wall or ceiling installation.  

Pre-orders have already begun with shipments expected between July and September of 2022.  Product price is $239 US (shipping costs to be determined) but, like most Sideshow purchases, payment plans are available. 

The Superman #204 wall light is a great piece and would make a stunning addition to any room or collection. Furthermore, fans of this particular Superman cover will be happy to know Sideshow also offers a Batman #608 version of this type of wall light. Considered companion covers, the two images mirror each other and could make for a cool “bookend” display.
