The issue kicks off a brand new story arc and is written by Mark Waid, and the standard cover is by Dan Mora. With variants by Dan Mora, Joshua Middleton, Pete Woods, Todd Nauck & Hi-Fi.
The interior art is by Dan Mora, with colours by Tamra Bonvillain and letters by Steve Wands.
