‘Titans’ Casts Titus Welliver as Lex Luthor In Series Four
Here is a first look at Titus Welliver as Lex Luthor in the fourth series of ‘Titans’
‘Titans’ have cast Titus Welliver as Lex Luthor in their upcoming fourth series. The introduction of the character was inevitable after the series previously introduced Connor Kent AKA Superboy (Joshua Orpin), who is a clone created with both Superman and Lex Luthor’s DNA.
Titus Welliver is a great and diverse actor known for his work on The Town, Argo, Gone Baby Gone, Transformers and many more, including voice work on other DC projects – Batman: The Long Halloween Part I & II.
‘Titans’ showrunner Greg Walker told EW.com that their take on the iconic Superman villain “has a very sensitive, thoughtful approach to evil and power”, so I’m very excited to see what they bring. Welliver is reportedly a huge fan of the character and franchise, so I’m sure he will give it his all.

Showrunner Greg Walker has teased that Connor Kent will start to explore his Lex-self, similar to how he has with his Superman-self. Could this mean that he goes rogue? I guess we will have to wait for series four to find out!
‘Titans’ series four is set for a November 2022 release.
