DC Universe Online Holds Superman Day Celebration 2025 With New Items Up For Grabs
It’s Superman Day all week round as DC Universe Online holds the titular special event from April 15 – 28 with new in-game Superman items, rewards, and missions as well as 20% off on Man of Steel items in the marketplace.
The Superman Anniversary Emblem suit comes to player customization through the new Slimline Caches that will be rewarded to players who complete the event challenges. The male variant features suit with a pulled away shirt for an iconic look while the female variant is a super suit on its own.
For the first time in DCUO, Superman Blue and Red finally make appearances in the form of player costumes with both the suits and lightning effects within the same Slimline Cache reward box. At the same time all Superman-related items in the marketplace are 20% off.
Superman-centric instances from past DCUO are now organized in a “best of” playlist with enhanced awards. These includes story-driven missions set in Smallville, Krypton, the Phantom Zone, and Metropolis against Doomsday celebrate Superman’s timeless stories and his adventures in the game. The Doomed Metropolis hub have also been given new daily and weekly missions unique to hero and villain players.
DCUO’s Superman Day Celebration runs until April 28. The game remains free to play and still receives updates with new content since its launch in 2011.
