Hot Toys and NECA Tease Superman 2025 Figures

This past week premium figure maker Hot Toys and foremost action figure maker NECA both teased releases of Superman 2025 figures, both in a similar fashion as well. Both were announced via social media posts with reveal photos of the respective figures’ chest emblems unique to the film.

Hot Toys is known for its 1/6 collectible figure line across all major pop culture franchises. Their comic book hero lines have some of best renditions of heros’ a villains’ likenesses and costumes with tons of articulation points. Naturally, the Superman 2025 figure is going to capture every little detail of David Corenswet’s suit as well as his likeness as he joins the ranks of cinematic Superman figures, which are being announced all over the place. These figures tend to cost at least $220. 

NECA has a figure market of its own with its 1/ 4 scale line of figures with articulation of premium figures but materials that make them more economical. Still, NECA’s attention to textures and likeness are not to be under estimated. These figures go for at least $39.99 and are more easily found around stores. 

While both figures have been confirmed, no pre-order or exact release were given by either.  It’s likely they are trying to coincide the release with the movie in July.
