DC Comics Announce ‘Punk Rock’ Variant Covers For Superman Family Comic Titles
DC Comics have announced that this January, they will be releasing a set of ‘punk rock’ themed variant covers across six comic book titles linked to the Superman Family.
These comic book covers are of course inspired by the message fans found from James Gunn’s latest ‘Superman’ film, “Kindness is the new punk-rock” and what better way to extend that message than to the media that started it all, comic books. These comic book covers channel that by celebrating the enduring power of Superman, Supergirl and their allies. Here is a list of covers that will get the ‘punk-rock’ treatment, along with the relevant artists.

- Superman Unlimited #9 – Mike Allred

These DC Comics variant covers are limited-edition and will be available from comic book shops starting January 2026.
