DC Comics Set To Take Over ‘Her Universe Fashion Show’ At SDCC 2026
The Her Universe Fashion Show is an annual event that takes place during San Diego Comic Con, I had the pleasure of attending one year and it was such an incredible show!
This year, the fashion show is set to become even more SUPER, as they have just announced that they are teaming up with Warner Bros. Discovery for their 2026 show for a DCU superhero and villain-inspired runway! This event marks a history first as each and every competing look will be inspired exclusively by characters from DC, the two lucky designers that win will get the opportunity to design their very own collection with Her Universe.
According to the brief the designs must be inspired by the following DC films, series or characters; Aquaman, Batman, Cyborg, DC Women, Flash, Green Lantern, Justice League, Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman (1989), Batman & Robin (1997), Batman Forever (1995), Batman Returns (1992), Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice (2026), The Dark Knight (2008), The Dark Knight Rises (2012), Superman (2025), Batman Beyond: Animated Series, Harley Quinn: Animated Series, Peacemaker: Television Series, Sandman: Television Series, My Adventures With Superman, Clayface, Lanterns HBO, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go and Supergirl (2026).
The Her Universe Fashion Show 2026 will take place on 23rd July at 6pm (PT) in the Harbour Ballroom of the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel. For designers wanting to submit their creations, they must be submitted between 27th March and 26th April, you can find more details regarding that process here.
