Full Schedule Announced For Cleveland’s Icons Fest 2026
Icons Fest is a weekend that celebrates comics, creativity, and Cleveland’s comic book legacy featuring acclaimed creators, artists, scholars, workshops, panels, Artists Alley, family activities and special events across Cleveland. It takes place on 11th-12th July and is set across two locations.
On Saturday 11th July, the event will take place at Cleveland Public Library (Downtown Cleveland) & Cedar Lee Theatre (Cleveland Heights) and on Sunday 12th July, the event will take place on the Maltz Museum Campus, including Congregation Mishkan Or (Beachwood).

Inspired by Icons in Ink: The Jewish Comics Experience, the Maltz Museum’s Icons Fest celebrates Cleveland’s extraordinary comic book legacy by bringing together creators, artists, scholars, independent publishers, and fans for a weekend of conversations, workshops, family activities, Artist Alley, and special events. Together, they will explore the stories, characters, and cultural impact of comics—from Superman’s Cleveland origins to the creators shaping the industry today.
One added thing that makes this event very close to my heart, is the fact that I will be a panellist on the ‘Glenville Goes Global’ panel on Sunday 12th July:
