Liverpool Comic Con Hosts SUPER Line-Up
Last year, Liverpool Comic Con SOLD OUT! It isn’t often something like that happens for a comic convention outside of the US and London. This year, it’s back – bigger, better and one hell of a line-up! This year, the convention takes place on 8th-10th March 2019 at Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
Among that line-up are celebrities from Superman, Policy Academy, Rocky, Power Rangers and so much more! Three of those guests include 3 first time UK signers, it isn’t often we see those, but Liverpool Comic Con are not playing around this year!
Now, lets talk about those SUPER guests…
Jeff East: Jeff played the teenage Clark Kent in Superman: The Movie! He does attend quite a few conventions, but not often in the UK! Jeff is appearing for all three days of the show. He is available for autographs and photographs throughout those days, AND you can even get a joint photograph with him and another SUPER guest!
Dean Cain: Dean played Clark Kent/Superman in the TV Series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. He also played Supergirl’s father – Jeremiah Danvers in the Supergirl TV Series. For me personally, he was my first introduction to Superman, so I can’t wait to meet him again! Again, Dean will be appearing at the convention for the whole weekend, and will be available for autographs and photographs throughout. Not only that but you can book a group photo-shoot with him and Jeff East, AND the next SUPER guest!
Teri Hatcher: Teri played Lois Lane in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Like Dean, she also returned to the Superman saga by playing Mon-El’s mother – Queen Rhea of Daxam in the TV Series of Supergirl. This will be Teri’s first UK convention, and she will be appearing throughout the whole weekend. She again, will be available for autographs, photographs and a joint photo-shoot with Dean Cain!
Among those are two other UK exclusives – Steve Guttenberg from Policy Academy and Burt Young who played Uncle Paulie in the Rocky Saga. These are HUGE guests and I cannot wait to meet them! Other guests include Peter Facinelli, Sean Mather, Adam Baldwin, Bill Duke, Sting (WWE), Eric Roberts and John Callis. You can view a full list of celebrity and TV guests here.
As I mentioned before there are a number of group photo-shoots that are available. These include Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher from Lois & Clark, Adam Baldwin and Sean Maher from Firely, Jason Narvy and Paul Schrier from Mighty Morphin Power Ranges and Peter Facinelli from Twilight with 4 wolf lookalike dogs!
