New Creative Team For Batman/Superman Announced
DC Comics have revealed the brand new creative team for the ongoing Batman/Superman series. I have been thoroughly enjoying the series up until now, so I am a little sad that the creative team is changing.
With that said, when I heard who was taking over the reigns for the Batman/Superman team up series I was absolutely thrilled. Joshua Williamson took to Twitter to announce that Batman/Superman #15 which is out in December will be his final issue. Williamson has kick-started this series with a bang, each episode has been fantastic and action packed, and I will be forever grateful for that.
From Batman/Superman #15 the series will take a little break to make way for the plethora of Future State issues and one-shots that are set to begin in January 2021. The brand new creative team for Batman/Superman will take over in March 2021 when the series continues. That team includes writer Gene Luen Yang and artist Ivan Reis.
I am a huge fan of both of theirs, Gene Luen Yang has worked on some fantastic Superman titles, my personal favourite being ‘Superman Smashes The Klan‘. As for Ivan Reis, I would actually say that he is one of the best Superman artists to date, he is certainly my favourite at the moment. His work is stellar.

It’s safe to say that I am thrilled with this brand new creative team for the Batman/Superman series. I cannot wait to see what the pair do with these iconic yet very different characters.
