First Look At Skyler Gisondo As Jimmy Olsen In ‘Superman (2025)’

Yesterday, James Gunn revealed a first official image of Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen for his upcoming film, ‘Superman’ and as a huge Superman fan, I think Superman’s Pal looks perfect!

The image was shared on Gunn’s social media profiles to celebrate the anniversary of Jimmy Olsen’s first appearance back in 1941 in the pages of Action Comics #6. Not only did James Gunn share the image, but shared some great moments of that first appearance, but also some of the most recent ones in the recent ‘Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen’ comic series.

Personally, like I said I think Skyler Gisondo makes a fantastic Jimmy Olsen and is so far one of the most comic accurate portrayals in terms of ‘the look’ that we have seen to date… yes he is missing a bow-tie, but man, you can’t get much closer than this!

‘Superman‘ is set to be released on 11th July 2025.
