The Puppy Bowl Set To Feature A Brand New Sneak Peek at ‘Superman’ Film
The Puppy Bowl XXI is set to feature a brand new sneak peek at the upcoming ‘Superman’ film by James Gunn. As the marketing ramps up for the film following its recent teaser trailer release, it seems WBD has found the perfect opportunity to get this film to a wider audience.
James Gunn previously confirmed that Krypto who is set to appear in the film was inspired by his very own rescue dog, so it seems that his love and passion for dogs is a big drive for this. Alongside the sneak peek, Gunn is set to introduce the new footage along with a personal message. As part of this one participating puppy will receive the ‘Krypto Super Play’ award.
Personally, though it is expected, I love the idea of teaming up with The Puppy Bowl, it’s genius! Combining and playing on peoples love of dogs to help promote the film is a great idea and really does put this film’s marketing in front of people who may not have seen it before. I am a huge fan of Superman and also a huge fan of dogs, so I cannot wait to see this new footage!
The Puppy Bowl XXI pre-show will air Sunday 9th Feb at 1:00pm ET, with the main event starting at 2:00pm ET.
