Krispy Kreme Team Up With DC For ‘Hungry For Heroes’

Krispy Kreme is getting ready to roll out their next limited-edition donuts the previous collab with Pac-Man. It’s been revealed that the next one is with DC featuring Superman as well as Batman and Wonder Woman donuts. The exact release date has yet to be revealed, but they are clearly meant to be a summer release.

The Superman donut is the most decorated out of them. Whereas the Batman and Wonder Woman donuts comes with special flavored frosting and sugar-printed emblems, the Superman one is a whole edible print of the Man of Steel himself with white frosting making up clouds and what looks to be a special section of sprinkled darker blue icing. The print is of decent quality too. The Superman and Batman donuts may or may not also have filling.

Of course, the boxes for these special donuts are also limited edition with the characters in their DC Rebirth suits and classic emblems. These donuts are likely to hit stores by the end of this month or by the time July starts.
