Supergirl and Krypto Fly into Finch for an Adorable Self-Care Event Ahead of DC’s New Film
DC’s Supergirl has officially flown into Finch for a charming new seasonal event that combines Kara Zor-El’s cosmic superhero world with the app’s daily self-care experience. The result is one of the cutest and most unexpectedly fitting collaborations tied to DC Studios’ upcoming Supergirl film.
The image shared by DC and Finch gives fans a delightful look at the crossover in action. A Supergirl-inspired Finch “birb” soars through space wearing Kara’s blue-and-red costume, complete with blonde hair, a red cape, the iconic S-shield and a tennis ball floating nearby. It is bright, adorable, instantly shareable and absolutely made for fans who love Supergirl, Krypto and a little bit of wholesome superhero energy.
According to Finch’s official Supergirl Seasonal Event FAQ, the event runs throughout June 2026 and features an event-exclusive story, a special location and daily rewards. Users can join the event at any point during the month by going to the Quests section of the app and selecting “View Event.” The special story takes 14 days to complete and progresses through daily adventures. Finch notes that users who want to experience the full story from beginning to end should begin before June 16. Even after completing the story, users can continue taking part in the seasonal event and collecting daily rewards until June 30.
The event also introduces the Cosmic Rest Stop, a new galactic location that fits perfectly with Supergirl’s upcoming big-screen adventure. Finch says users may notice new backgrounds appear as the event progresses, and some adventure chats may be longer than usual because they help tell the event’s ongoing story. The App Store’s event listing describes the collaboration as an exclusive event with Supergirl and Krypto, allowing users to earn new limited rewards. The listing also connects the event directly to DC Studios’ upcoming film, which arrives only in theaters on June 26.

While a standalone press release for the Finch collaboration does not appear to have been released publicly, the event has been confirmed through Finch’s official FAQ, the App Store event listing and official social media promotion connected to DC and Finch. Finch is a self-care pet app that encourages users to complete daily wellness activities, reflections, mood check-ins, goals and exercises by caring for a digital companion. The more users take care of themselves, the more their Finch companion grows, explores and experiences new adventures. With Supergirl now part of that world, the event gives fans a playful way to connect Kara’s heroism with their own everyday acts of resilience.
With its adorable visuals, Krypto connection, limited-time rewards and timely release ahead of the film, Finch’s Supergirl seasonal event is a clever and heartwarming addition to the movie’s growing promotional rollout. It is cute. It is cosmic. It is surprisingly meaningful. And this June, Supergirl fans have one more reason to remember that even heroes need healing, rest and a little help from their friends.
