Superman and Wonder Woman Team Up for Holiday Trouble in ‘DC’s Naughty List’
Superman can lift staggering weights and race to someone’s rescue, but finding the perfect holiday gift for Lois Lane? That might take some thought.
Writer Alex Segura and artist Jacob Edgar are bringing Superman and Wonder Woman together for a 10-page holiday story in DC’s Naughty List, arriving Wednesday, November 25. Edgar confirmed the collaboration in a public Patreon update, where he also shared pages and layouts from the story. The premise puts Clark in a wonderfully relatable predicament: trying to figure out the perfect present for Lois. Anyone who has spent too long searching for a gift that feels thoughtful enough will understand the challenge. For Superman, it offers a chance to show the care behind his heroism through something personal.

Edgar’s DC credits include Plastic Man No More! and Batman: The Adventures Continue Season Three. This upcoming collaboration gives Superman and Wonder Woman fans another opportunity to see his take on familiar heroes, with Segura supplying the story. The wider DC’s Naughty List #1 anthology promises festive misbehavior from a rogues’ gallery that includes Poison Ivy, Livewire, Catman and Mr. Freeze. The published solicitation lists an 80-page issue priced at $9.99 US, with a main cover by Ethan Young. Superman and Wonder Woman’s contribution gives their fans a particular reason to investigate the holiday special.
The gift premise is the detail that makes this announcement especially appealing. Clark’s desire to get it right for Lois gives the story an affectionate starting point, and sharing the spotlight with Diana opens up possibilities for humor and friendship. Fans are going to be looking forward to seeing how Segura and Edgar make those ten pages count.
DC’s Naughty List #1 is scheduled for November 25. Fans can ask their local comic shop about ordering a copy. Superman may have the strength to move mountains, but a thoughtful gift for Lois still deserves a little preparation.
