DC Reveal Final Covers & Interiors Preview For Absolute Superman #1

DC’s All In initiative kickstarted last week and the reviews are glowing and so far each addition (DC All In Special #1 and Absolute Batman #1) have each been confirmed for second printings!

Next up in the universe will be Absolute Wonder Woman #1, which is set to release on 23rd October by Kelly Thompson and Hayden Sherman. Then it’s time for Absolute Superman #1 which is written by Jason Aaron and with interior art by Rafa Sandoval and colours by Ulises Arriola. It is set for release on 6th November.

Here’s a look at the standard cover by Rafa Sandoval and variant covers by Jim Lee, Scott Williams & Alex Sinclair (also available as a black and white cardstock variant), Wes Craig, Matteo Scalera and Clayton Crain. Plus there is also a foil variant cover featuring the Absolute version of the S shield.

Here is the official synopsis from DC:
The events of DC All In Special #1 have created a new status quo for the DC Universe, where the core “All In” and Absolute universes coexist, united by a single prophecy, with the evil Darkseid at its center. While the Super Heroes of the Absolute Universe share similar origins with their counterparts, they don’t have the same resources, and face new challenges and adversaries on their heroic journeys. Aaron and Sandoval’s Superman is still the last son of Krypton, but it remains to be seen if he can be the same symbol of hope and optimism in this strange new world.

Absolute Superman #1 is set for release on 6th November and is available to pre-order now from comic stores and digital retailers.
