Superman 2025 Fountain Pens Pre-Launch From Ferris Wheel Press
Canadian stationery and design company Ferris Wheel Press has begun the pre-launch for their Superman fountain pen and ink sets to celebrate the 2025 theatrical release with the three different pen colors releasing in June, the month before Superman 2025 releases.
Just like Ferris Wheel Press said in its mission statement, “fall in love with writing again,” these pens feel like they will do just that. There’s still nothing like gliding a fountain pen across paper. It’s a smoothness that ballpoint pens can never achieve.
The three colors in the set are Heroic Blue (blue), Frozen Fortress (cyan), and Scarlet Metropolis (red). Each one comes with a unique box design Superman in the clouds, Daily Planet front pages, and the crystal grounds of the Fortress of Solitude –you won’t want to throw them out. The little ink jars themselves with their unique Superman movie branding also make them hard to toss out.
- Scarlet Metropolis– A rich red ink reminiscent of Superman’s cape, housed in a packaging that pays homage to the Daily Planet newspaper aesthetic
- Frozen Fortress – An ethereal blue ink inspired by Superman’s Fortress of Solitude, complete with crystal-like design elements
- Heroic Blue – A deep blue ink matching Superman’s iconic suit, with packaging featuring the hero soaring through clouds
The pens themselves have the edges of a crystal-like appearance that make them feel a little like the tech Superman uses in the Fortress. Their color reflects the ink, but they should be refillable with any kind for long term use.
